VentureLink announces repayment of Coventree debentures (Jan, 2007)

VentureLink LP is pleased to announce the mergers of VentureLink Fund Inc. with VentureLink Brighter Future (Equity) Fund Inc. to form VentureLink Brighter Future Fund Inc., and VentureLink Brighter Future (Balanced) Fund with VentureLink Diversified Balanced Fund Inc. to form VentureLink Balanced Fund Inc., effective July 31, 2006.
